According to Golden Finance, on March 14 local time, Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Stefaneshina said that Ukraine is ready to sign a mineral resource framework agreement with the United States at any time, and pointed out that negotiations on the text of the agreement have been completed. She said that the US has not yet decided when and under what conditions to sign the agreement.
