Golden Finance reported that Ukrainian senior MP Danylo Hetmantsev said that Kiev is expected to "legalize" cryptocurrency by this summer, and the main text of the relevant bill is fully ready. Hetmantsev is the chairman of the Ukraine's Supreme Lada Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy Committee. Several issues are still being discussed by lawmakers, including how regulators and law enforcement officers can apply the “financial monitoring” approach to cryptocurrency transactions. In addition, the designer of the bill must complete tax-related matters before the draft bill is sent to Rada.
