Solana expansion solution Solaxy (SOLX), has raised $19 million in an ongoing pre-sale, Golden Finance reported. Solaxy aims to alleviate Solana network congestion by handling off-chain transactions, and the team also plans to build a bridge between Solana and Ethereum.
