Newton Project was founded in 2018 with the goal of providing infrastructure for the “community economy” and working to realize the vision of “everyone should benefit from economic growth.”

Newton DAO

In January 2025, Newton DAO was officially established and became a decentralized autonomous organization composed of all NEW token holders. This is an important turning point for the Newton Project, marking the stage of the project's full decentralization.

Newton DAO's governance model is decided by the community and no longer relies on a centralized "project team" or authoritative organization. This transformation fully reflects the project's persistence in decentralization concepts and community-led development. The establishment of Newton DAO is not only an important milestone in project development, but also demonstrates its ability to continuously adapt and innovate in the blockchain field.

Looking forward

With the continuous maturity of blockchain technology and the rapid growth of application, the Newton DAO community has rediscussed and determined the development direction of the project. Newton Project will focus on building infrastructure for heterogeneous blockchains and assets, combining advanced technologies and assets to create a diversified application ecosystem that meets actual needs.

In order to better fit the new development direction, Newton Project will officially rename it AB to reflect a new mission and goal.
