Golden Finance reported that the Indian Financial Intelligence Agency (FIU-IND) fined cryptocurrency exchange Bybit 927 crore (about 1.06 million US dollars) for violating anti-money laundering regulations and banned its website. It is reported that Bybit operates in India without obtaining the necessary registration procedures. FIU-IND took this action after multiple compliance violations were discovered.
