According to OKG Research data, 21 states in the United States have proposed bills related to Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR). Among them, Utah, Oklahoma and Arizona are the fastest progress. Utah is expected to be the first state to implement SBR. Its Bitcoin Reserves Act passed a vote from the House Economic Development Committee on January 28 and is currently awaiting review by the Senate.
