According to Cointelegraph, Pump.fun received a stop order for allegedly using the logo and name of two law firms, which are currently suing the platform. In a statement from the X platform, Burwick Law said the company and Wolf Popper have issued a stop order to Pump.fun, requiring "immediate removal" of Dog Shit Going NoWhere (DOGSHIT2) and other tokens, Coin “impersonates our company” through unlicensed use of intellectual property rights, including its logo and name.
According to Pump.fun, multiple users have created tokens with Burwick Law and Wolf Popper's names and logos in various configurations. There are also some tokens that use the names and likeness of Burwick Law employees and one of their clients in a lawsuit against Pump.fun.
