Golden Finance reported that SMC Entertainment, a commercial financial services and technology company, announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of British cryptocurrency service provider Flax Tech Ltd. The specific acquisition amount has not yet been disclosed. The final purchase agreement will be signed after due diligence is completed. After the transaction is completed Flax will operate as a subsidiary.
