Golden Finance reported that an Ethereum user “p0pular.eth” successfully persuaded the AI agent Freysa to break the rules and transfer a prize pool worth 13.19 ETH (approximately US$47,000). Freysa is designed to prohibit any fund transfer. Users need to pay to send messages to try to persuade the AI, and the fee gradually increases each time. After 482 attempts, “p0pular.eth” exploited the Freysa rule vulnerability to successfully call the transfer function and became the only winner. This experiment demonstrated the potential and challenges of combining AI and blockchain, while raising questions about the reliability of AI in high-risk scenarios.
