According to news on December 22, ai16z founder Shaw issued an article to answer questions about the project structure and the relationship between entities: ai16z is a deprived DAO with tokens ai16z and degenai; ElizaOS is an open source AI agent framework; Eliza Labs is responsible for developing elizaOS. Shaw also emphasized that the DAO is deprived of authority and adopts a fair launch model without any entity involvement, nor team allocation, venture capital or other similar arrangements. In addition, ELIZA token is developed by an independent team and is supported but not an official product.
