Golden Finance reports that Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm has filed a request with the judge to drop criminal charges against him. Previously, the Court of Appeal ruled that the U.S. Treasury Department’s sanctions against the encryption mixer were illegal and believed that the Treasury Department acted “exceeding its authority” in this case.
