According to Gold Finance, Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan, said U.S. consumers are still spending continuously, and the banking industry is preparing for regulatory reforms — which will allow banks to enter industries they had to avoid. “These regulations are difficult for institutions to comply with because they involve reputational risks, which are usually identified in retrospect…if these rules are changed, there would be no such drawback.”
