Golden Finance reported that the Ethereum Foundation (EF) is actively listening to community feedback and exploring operational changes, and Dragonfly managing partner Haseeb Qureshi revealed the news. Qureshi noted that after ETH San Francisco met with EF members, there was a sense of urgency within the organization and realized that the industry landscape had changed since 2020. He suggested that EF leadership is actively considering how to replicate successful initiatives such as Solana’s Superteam, shifting its focus from research-driven to promoting project development and investment.
Qureshi added: "The Ethereum leadership has received a lot of criticism recently, and it is important that you know that these criticisms are playing a role. They are listening and thinking carefully about how to adapt. This is a time worth learning for them." He also said that the EF leadership has shown greater openness to external ideas and has gradually abandoned the mentality of "not created by me".
