According to Cointelegraph, law firm Burwick Law has filed lawsuits against Kelsier Ventures, KIP Protocol, Meteora and related parties on the issuance of LIBRA tokens on behalf of its clients in the New York Supreme Court. The class action lawsuit alleges that the defendants planned an unfair token issuance campaign that misled buyers and harmed retail investors.
