Golden Finance reported that Superstate announced that its digital transfer agency Superstate Services LLC has been registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), an initiative aimed at connecting tokenized assets with existing financial regulatory frameworks. Transfer agents help issuers manage shareholders to record, process transactions and distribute dividends. As securities increasingly move to the chain, digital transfer agents play a key role in maintaining compliance and governance. Superstate Services will use a blockchain-integrated record-keeping system to track ownership in real time. A smart contract-driven whitelist will ensure that only approved investors can buy tokenized shares. “Through this innovative approach, Superstate promotes tokenized securities compliance while integrating into existing regulatory systems,” the company said in a statement.
