On February 28, on-chain compliance solution provider Forte has acquired cryptocurrency trust platform Sealance Corp. Through this acquisition, Web3 developers can use the ZK policy engine and Forte's rule engine to perform compliant KYC verification, and manage on-chain identities across real-world assets (RWA), stablecoins, DeFi and institutional use cases, while privacy management is carried out through Sealance's ZK technology. It is reported that Sealance Corp is the creator of the first zero-knowledge (ZK) strategy engine, aiming to promote regulatory compliance of decentralized blockchains.
