Golden Finance reported that the U.S. Treasury Department issued another $22 billion in 30-year Treasury bonds with a winning bid yield of 4.535%. The pre-issuance trading yield when the bidding closed at 1 p.m. New York time was 4.523%. The proportion of primary dealers allocated was 14.4%, which was higher than the previous time. The allocation ratio for direct bidders dropped to 19.1%, and the allocation ratio for indirect bidders increased to 66.5%. The bid multiple was 2.39 times, lower than the average of 2.42 times in the past six renewal transactions.
