According to Golden Finance, cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has obtained principled approval from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) investment company license. The license will allow Gemini to provide regulated futures and options trading services to senior traders and institutions in the EU and the European Economic Area under the Financial Instruments Market Directive (MiFID II) framework.
