Golden Finance reported that cryptocurrency startups received nearly $800 million in venture capital funding in November, according to data from DefiLlama. While this was the fourth-highest funding month of the year, it was still down 8% compared to October.
Among them, approximately US$71 million has been raised in the blockchain gaming field, with Monkey Tilt ranking first in this field with US$30 million in financing (led by Pantera Capital).
In November, venture capital firms poured more than $583 million into startups developing cryptocurrency-related infrastructure, making it the top-grossing track. It mainly includes US$40 million in financing from Zero Gravity Labs and US$30 million in financing from Bitcoin mining company Canaan Creative.
Following a recovery in September-October, the DeFi ecosystem’s monthly funding rose 31% to $128.2 million.
