Golden Finance reported that according to Spot On Chain monitoring, two dormant wallets (possibly one entity) spent US$10.12 million to purchase 2,736 ETH an hour ago, with an average price of US$3,699. Interestingly, these wallets withdrew stablecoins from Binance a year ago, but only now made their first purchases.
