Golden Finance reported that the Interchain Foundation, a Swiss non-profit organization that manages the development of Cosmos, announced the acquisition of interoperability startup Skip. Skip will be renamed Interchain Inc and become the new main subsidiary of ICF. ICF will continue as a Swiss foundation, and in addition, Interchain co-founder Ethan Buchman will no longer hold a leadership role at the Swiss non-profit organization, continuing to contribute to the ecosystem as a co-founder. The new phase will achieve new goals and the vision of Cosmos by bringing the Cosmos Hub and Stack together.
