Golden Finance reported that according to bitcoinist, CryptoQuant indicator data shows that Bitcoin capital rates have become negative seven times in a year. Historically, the previous six negative capital rates have all predicted strong bullish momentum for BTC. The indicator reflects the cost of holding a leveraged position in perpetual futures contracts, suggesting that traders have become overly bearish and also mark a local bottoming, which is often a precursor to a large rebound. If history repeats itself, the market may soon turn bullish, and traders are currently paying close attention to liquidity levels below $98,000 and using $100,000 as a strong support to re-push price discovery, if Breakthroughs through this may trigger an increase in buying pressure, and to fully recover the bullish momentum and change market sentiment, BTC will need to regain the $103,600 mark.
