Golden Finance reported that Coinbase submitted a status report in its FOIA (Information Freedom Act) lawsuit. The report pointed out that the former SEC leadership only looked for documents that should be disclosed to the public during the ETH 2.0 survey, but at the same time, large -scale supervision was performed through votes and litigation. Coinbase asked the court to order the SEC to conduct a full search, and no longer delay the provision of the required files.
