Golden Finance reported that the Twitter account of "Breaking Bad" actor Dean Norris was hacked for the second time in half a year. The hacker issued a token named Dean in his name and promoted it by forging photos of him holding a note. The token's market capitalization, which briefly climbed to $7 million, plummeted 90% after Norris posted a video clarifying the hack.
Norris said that because he doesn’t use Twitter often, he didn’t know his account had been hijacked until he received a text message from a friend. In September last year, his account was used to promote the SHRADER token on the TRON chain. With events such as Trump’s release of TRUMP tokens, it has become difficult for users to tell the authenticity of celebrity token endorsements.
