Golden Finance reported that Jubilee Royalty founder and CEO Tim Kotzman posted on X that the National Center for Public Policy Research (NCPPR) has submitted a shareholder proposal document to Amazon for consideration at the 2025 annual shareholder meeting. The proposal proposes that Amazon discuss whether to include Bitcoin in the company’s financial reserve strategy and recommends investing at least 5% of total assets. Currently, there is no relevant document listed on the SEC official website, and Tim said this proxy statement will not be released until April 2025.
