Golden Finance reported that Genius Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the acquisition of XD Academy, a Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform. The specific acquisition amount has not yet been disclosed. XD Academy was formerly known as BitMEX Academy, which was also a learning and education platform under the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX. It was later spun off and operated independently. After the acquisition transaction is completed, all XD Academy course content will be integrated into the Genius learning platform.
