According to news on January 23, equity financing platform AngelList and token issuance and financing platform CoinListCoinList are joining forces to launch a way to help cryptocurrency-specific founders who use cryptocurrencies raise funds. They will cooperate to launch cryptographic special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and Encrypted roll-up vehicles (RUVs). The partnership will provide users with a way to “raise funds in a consortium format and cryptographically manage investments in crypto startups.”
