South Korea’s ruling party passes decision: Opposing impeachment of Yoon Seok-yue

Golden Finance reported that according to Yonhap News Agency's report in the early morning of the 5th, South Korea's ruling National Power Party has held a plenary meeting of the party's members and passed a decision to oppose the impeachment of President Yin Xiyue. Yonhap News Agency also reported that South Korea’s opposition parties reported an impeachment motion against President Yoon Seok-yue to the plenary session of the National Assembly in the early morning of the 5th. Congress will vote on the matter from the 6th to the 7th. On the evening of the 3rd, Yoon Seok-yue issued an emergency speech at the Yongsan Presidential Office in Seoul, issuing an emergency martial law order, and announced the lifting of martial law six hours later. On the afternoon of the 4th, multiple opposition parties in South Korea initiated an impeachment motion against the president to Congress.
