Golden Finance reported that after U.S. President Trump was sworn in, three lawsuits against the Department of Government Effectiveness (DOGE) led by Elon Musk were filed in federal court. The lawsuit accuses DOGE of violating the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) of 1972 by failing to meet transparency requirements such as open meetings, balanced perspectives, and recordkeeping.
