Golden Finance reported that a judge in the U.S. state of Delaware once again rejected Musk’s high salary plan at Tesla. Tesla’s official social media responded that the court’s decision was wrong and we want to appeal. The ruling, if not overturned, would mean that judges and plaintiffs' attorneys are managing Delaware corporations rather than their legal owners, their shareholders.
