Golden Finance reported that according to an S-1 document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), WisdomTree has submitted an application to the U.S. SEC for the WisdomTree XRP Fund. This is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) with ordinary beneficial rights. The shares will be listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. with the stock code "TICKER". The Trust’s investment objective is to obtain exposure to the XRP price, minus the expenses and liabilities of the Trust’s operations. The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNYM”) serves as the Trust’s administrator, fund accountant and Trust’s transfer agent.
