Golden Finance reported that Metaplanet cooperated with SBIVC Trade to implement a shareholder rights plan. Shareholders holding at least one trading unit (100 shares) of Metaplanet stock as of December 31, 2024 Eligible individuals or companies who open a new account with SBI VC Trade between November 18, 2024 and March 31, 2025. It is planned that a total of 30 million yen in Bitcoin will be distributed to 2,350 eligible shareholders through a lottery system, as follows: 50 winners: Bitcoin worth 100,000 yen each; 100 winners: Bitcoin worth 30,000 yen each; 200 winners: 10,000 yen worth of Bitcoin each.
