Golden Finance reported that the Stuttgart Digital Exchange said that the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority has issued it a cryptoasset service provider (CASP) license in accordance with the MiCA regulations that will take effect at the end of 2024. It is the first German company to receive a license allowing it to operate throughout the European Union.
