Golden Finance reported that Bank of America economist Stephen Juneau said in a report on Monday, "After the stronger-than-expected employment report, we revised our outlook for the Federal Reserve: We no longer expect any further interest rate cuts, and inflation is high. "At target levels, risks are tilted to the upside, economic activity is strong and the labor market appears to have stabilized." As recently as September last year, Fed officials hinted that they might cut interest rates by one percentage point this year. They halved this expectation at their December interest rate meeting.
