Team members from Coinbase, Google, ai16z jointly launched Aiccelerate, a new decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) designed to accelerate Crypto assets and The integration of artificial intelligence.
According to an announcement on January 9, the organization will focus on promoting decentralized, open-source AI development and providing support for high-potential projects in different ecosystems.
In addition, Aiccelerate positions itself as investing in and developing DAOs. Its main mission is to drive innovation in what it calls "agent artificial intelligence."
Aiccelerate claims: "We believe Crypto AI is at an inflection point. Our mission is to accelerate the development of decentralized, open source AI and provide support for high-potential projects in every ecosystem."
An artificial intelligence agent is a piece of software that interacts with the environment, collects data, and performs tasks to achieve goals.
Aiccelerate's goal is to build a collaborative community of leading developers across multiple frameworks. These experts will contribute to a range of agents and tools designed to advance organizational goals.
In addition, Aiccelerate will unify its initiatives on the basis of a single token, AICC. The DAO will use part of the profits to buy back its native tokens.
The list of development consultants includes ElizaOS founder Shaw who provides support for ai16z, EtherMage, a core contributor to Virtuals Protocol, Nader Dabit, director of developer relations at Eigen Layer, and Jason Zhao, co-founder of Story Protocol.
On the investment side, Aiccelerate’s advisors include Andrew Kang and Marc Weinstein from Mechanism Capital, Justin Lee from Coinbase Ventures, and Anil Lulla from Delphi Digital.
Aiccelerate’s approach solves the inefficiencies faced by traditional venture capital firms, which often struggle to keep pace with the rapid development of liquid markets and fair launch models such as Pump.fun and Daos.fun.
Aiccelerate plans to leverage the expertise of its network and advisors to provide funding and networking opportunities to emerging projects, while developing and deploying a range of agents to enhance decision-making in the areas of crypto assets and artificial intelligence.
The DAO’s first project will be a utility research agent designed to help the organization and the wider market make more informed decisions.
By combining human expertise with agent workersCombined with intelligence, Aiccelerate aims to establish itself as a hub for the next generation of builders and investors.
