Golden Finance reported that according to the official blog, the TON Foundation announced the launch of TON Teleport BTC, which intends to combine Bitcoin liquidity with TON’s ecosystem and Telegram audience. TON Teleport BTC brings Bitcoin directly to Telegram through TON as tgBTC, a tokenized version of Bitcoin.
