Golden Finance reported that WadzPay, a blockchain technology and financial services company, announced a US$36.7 million (S$50 million) share subscription agreement with GEM Global Yield (GEM). WadzPay provides a SaaS-based blockchain platform for enterprises. To provide safe and efficient solutions to consumers, the new funds will be used for WadzPay’s acquisitions, cooperation and organic expansion plans.
