Golden Finance reported that on January 8, local time, US President-elect Trump petitioned the US Supreme Court to prevent his sentencing on 10th of this month on 34 felony charges in New York for falsifying business records. Trump's emergency filing asks the court to block the prosecution from proceeding until his appeal over presidential immunity is resolved.
