Golden Finance reported that on November 27, local time, US President-elect Trump stated that he would choose Keith Kellogg to serve as the special envoy for the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General Kellogg served as the chief of staff of the White House National Security Council during Trump's term from 2017 to 2021, and served as the national security adviser to then Vice President Pence.
