Golden Finance reported that according to a report on January 6, Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark mined 668 BTC in December 2024, and 7,024 BTC were mined throughout the year. The company’s hash rate, or the amount of computing power deployed to secure the Bitcoin network, grew 287.9% year over year. By the end of 2024, CleanSpark had accumulated 9,952 BTC with a total value of $1.01 billion. It is now the fifth-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, surpassing Tesla’s BTC holdings.
