Golden Finance reported that the blockchain network Elastos released the public beta version of its Arbiter network for Bitcoin Layer 2 BeL2. Sasha Mitchell, head of operations at Elastos, said, “The Arbiter network is an important piece of the BeL2 infrastructure. Through the trustless supervision and time-based services provided by Arbiter, it can provide a fully decentralized Bitcoin financial platform that fully utilizes Bitcoin. The currency is risk-resistant without relying on a centralized custodian.”
