Golden Finance reported that on November 26, Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen dismissed Kristoffer Krohn’s decision to allow the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to sue on September 23. Green United LLC's request to appeal the ruling said Crohn failed to provide grounds for appeal. "The court refuses to grant leave to appeal the case because Mr. Crone has not provided any substantial grounds for his disagreement with the governing law on any matter addressed in the court's September 23 order," the judge wrote.
