Golden Finance reports that software development giant Oracle has once again sued encryption startup Crypto Oracle LLC and its owners, claiming that they infringed on its trademark and ignored previous legal agreements. On November 25, Oracle sued Crypto Oracle and its owner Louis Kerner in California federal court, claiming that they had "repeatedly infringed Oracle's trademark rights" and had "seriously and flagrantly violated" the settlement agreement.
