Golden Finance reported that according to data from CoinGecko, Ripple’s stablecoin RLUSD has a market value of $72.3 million and a 24-hour trading volume of $420 million, ranking second only to USDT, USDC and FDUSD among stablecoins. For comparison, Paypal’s stablecoin PYUSD has a market capitalization of $491.72 million and a 24-hour trading volume of $20.455 million. In addition, the Circle stablecoin EURC has a market cap of $82.43 million and a 24-hour trading volume of $11.59 million. According to data insights from XPMarkets, RLUSD has 7,600 total users, up from 1,000 24 hours after its launch in December 2024, and is now the 13th largest asset by market capitalization on the XRP Ledger. As previously reported on December 18, Ripple’s stablecoin RLUSD has now been officially launched.
