Golden Finance reported that Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, NM Data Inc., which will mainly enter the field of developing and acquiring Bitcoin mining facilities. It has already established a partnership with Bitcoin mining company Future Tech signed an agreement to invest $3 million in it. It is reported that the initial investment in this transaction is US$200,000, and an additional US$2.8 million will be paid within twelve months after the initial delivery. After the transaction is completed, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech's equity.
