Golden Finance reported that Do Kwon, co-founder of encryption company Terra, pleaded not guilty to U.S. fraud charges at a hearing in Manhattan federal court. He submitted his request Thursday afternoon local time before Judge Robert Lehrburger of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan. Do Kwon faces multiple charges of securities fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, and commodities fraud for his role in the 2022 collapse of the Terra ecosystem.
