Golden Finance reported that the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, said that in the past year, after firmly building a barrier to safeguard national security, all sectors of Hong Kong society focused on fighting for the economy and seeking development, achieving a stable and forward trend. Hong Kong's full-year economic growth in 2024 is expected to be 2.5%, with the unemployment rate remaining at a low level, inflation being moderate, and people's income recording a real increase.
