According to news on December 25, Yonhap News Agency reported that the constitutional complaint filed by Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs, in Montenegro has been dismissed. Montenegro's Constitutional Court announced that all judges unanimously rejected Do Kwon's constitutional complaint. This decision means that Do Kwon will be tried in South Korea or the United States, which will be decided by the Minister of Justice of Montenegro. In view of the previous attitude of the Ministry of Justice and other factors, Yonhap News Agency believes that Do Kwon is likely to be extradited to the United States.
