Golden Finance reports that Uniswap Labs and web3 security company Blockaid have collaborated to develop a new on-chain detection and response system to protect DEX users from malicious token attacks. If users interact with tokens that are marked as potentially malicious, Blockaid Tools will alert users. The tool will be available in Uniswaps web, mobile and self-hosted crypto wallet extensions. It combines static (comparing the contract source code with known viruses) and dynamic (using a virtual environment to trigger the contract) verification heuristics and various machine learning features to help prove whether a token is legitimate.
