Golden Finance reported that Citi stock strategists downgraded the U.S. stock market rating, saying recent events such as DeepSeek, European fiscal stance and trade tensions have strengthened their views on diversifying investments outside the U.S. market. “From the GDP and EPS perspectives, the drivers of ‘exceptionalism’ are fading,” said strategists such as Beata Manthey downgraded the U.S. stock market rating from overweight to neutral. Citi said the U.S. market is still relatively expensive, and the trend of downward expectations for EPS is intensifying. (Jin Shi)
